All customers receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information for your order, which can be accessed via the FedEx Web site. Registered members have access to a private "My Account" page that provides more detailed status on every order.
Satisfaction GuaranteeWe guarantee your complete satisfaction with every item you purchase from GreenHomeXpress.comAny products that are damaged in shipping will be replaced by GreenHomeXpress. If you are not satisfied with the quality of any product, we will issue a full refund or store credit (your choice) for the full purchase price that can be used to buy any other product at GreenHomeXpress.com
As a "green company", GreenHomeXpress does not require the return of any purchased products. We will resolve any and all customer service issues with a refund or store credit -- you NEVER need to worry about "shipping an item back" to us.
