Shipping Information

Orders received prior to 1 p.m Central Time are shipped the same day. We ship your order via Federal Express. All customers receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information for your order, which can be accessed via the FedEx Web site. Registered members have access to a private "My Account" page that provides more detailed status on every order.

Any products that are damaged in shipping will be replaced by GreenHomeXpress.
